Virtual Voice Assistant Expanded Hours
The Virtual Voice Assistant now has expanded hours, helping expedite your ownership requests with no wait times.
It’s available Monday through Saturday from midnight to 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time), then reopens at 10 a.m. (Eastern Time) for the remainder of the day. On Sunday, the Virtual Voice Assistant is open all hours.
Who Can Use Virtual Voice Assistant?
Right now, Virtual Voice Assistant is available in North America and for most English-speaking countries in Europe. And while it’s not yet available for the Asia-Pacific region, Member Services will happily assist with any membership needs during business hours.
